Job Title

- Scottsbluff, NE
Schedule / Job Type
- Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, nights 5 PM - 5 AM, 4 shifts per week, including 2 out of 3 weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide labor and delivery care in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Circulate during labor and delivery procedures, including C-sections
- Support NICU and pediatric units as needed, with heavy NICU requirements
- Maintain compliance with regional performance expectations, including high standards for patient care and teamwork
- Utilize scrubbing experience for C-sections, NICU, or pediatrics when required
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards during all shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Nebraska
- NICU experience and circulating experience in labor and delivery required
- Current certifications: ACLS, NRP, and BLS
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends comfortably
- Experience scrubbing for C-sections, NICU, or pediatrics is a plus
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Additional scrubbing experience in high-acuity procedures
- Familiarity with regional hospital performance standards
- Prior experience in a similar labor/delivery and NICU setting
