Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Scottsbluff, NE

Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, nights 5 PM - 5 AM, 4 shifts per week, including 2 out of 3 weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Circulate during labor and delivery procedures, including C-sections
• Support NICU and pediatric units as needed, with heavy NICU requirements
• Maintain compliance with regional performance expectations, including high standards for patient care and teamwork
• Utilize scrubbing experience for C-sections, NICU, or pediatrics when required
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards during all shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Nebraska
• NICU experience and circulating experience in labor and delivery required
• Current certifications: ACLS, NRP, and BLS
• Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends comfortably
• Experience scrubbing for C-sections, NICU, or pediatrics is a plus

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Additional scrubbing experience in high-acuity procedures
• Familiarity with regional hospital performance standards
• Prior experience in a similar labor/delivery and NICU setting
