Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient sessions accurately and timely
- Offer telehealth services, with a 32-hour guaranteed schedule and no travel required
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Ability to provide telehealth services
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehab or long-term care environment
- Knowledge of telehealth technologies
