Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 55 visits per week, including case management, goal setting, and progress tracking.
• Conduct evaluations such as fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments.
• Treat conditions including post-operative back pain, Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, fractures, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
• Utilize NextGen electronic health records for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar setting.
• Strong assessment and treatment skills for orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically NextGen.
• Ability to work in a business casual environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Knowledge of fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments.
• Familiarity with orthopedic post-surgical protocols and neuro-rehabilitation.
