Job Title
- IR / Special Procedures Technician - Neuro IR

- Full-time, day shift, travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in general and neuro interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Operate imaging equipment including GE and Siemens systems.
- Adhere to unit policies and protocols, including dress code and safety guidelines.
- Support a team of 4 RNs and 4 Techs on a 2-bed IR unit.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including 5 days per month plus one weekend.
- Ensure accurate data collection and documentation within the EMR system.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology or special procedures.
- Certification in radiology technology or related field.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced IR environment.
- Experience with GE or Siemens imaging equipment preferred.
- Must have strong procedural and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in neuro IR procedures.
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to float between units as needed.
