Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient care plans
- Provide hands-on care and support to patients undergoing therapy
- Document patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising therapist
- Support the delivery of quality rehabilitative services in a healthcare setting
- Administer therapeutic exercises and activities as directed
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience supporting physical therapy operations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
