Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pelvic health therapy to male and female patients.
• Manage a caseload that meets daily patient ratios, with a focus on pelvic floor conditions.
• Document patient treatment and progress using Cerner charting system.
• Adhere to facility policies, including attire and parking protocols.
• Operate within scope and meet compliance requirements, including licensing and certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Valid Illinois state PT license in hand at the time of submission.
• BLS certification.
• Strong understanding of pelvic health therapy preferred.
• Must meet immunization and fingerprinting requirements prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EHR/charting experience.
• Experience with critical access hospitals or trauma facilities.
• Ability to float within hospital or nearby facilities as needed.
