Registered Nurse PACU
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care for outpatient and inpatient clients in a PACU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions following surgical procedures, ensuring safe recovery.
- Follow ASPAN guidelines to maintain optimal patient ratios and care standards.
- Document patient progress accurately using the Epic EMR system.
- Collaborate with medical teams to manage urgent or emergent cases during overnight shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including required vaccines and licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA
- BILH coversheet submitted at time of application
- Recent travel experience and availability for 6 months separation if previously employed with BILH
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a PACU or post-anesthesia care setting
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR system
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including overnight call shifts
- Flexibility to be assigned to later shifts within 4-week blocks
