Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer treatments and manage respiratory equipment in accordance with physician orders
• Work in the ventilator (vent) unit during night shifts
• Participate in rotating weekend schedules, including every other weekend
• Support short-term rehab and long-term care patients in a post-hospital setting

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification
• Proven experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare environment
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts, primarily days, with night shift rotation as specified
• Strong understanding of ventilator management and respiratory care protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a ventilator unit or critical care setting
• Knowledge of post-acute care procedures and patient rehabilitation
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to rotating shifts
