• Full-time, travel, 13-week assignment, days shift, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing care for surgical patients in the operating room
• Position patients, prep sterile fields, and monitor all surgical equipment during procedures
• Assist with orthopedic, plastics, podiatry, and other specialized surgeries such as joint replacements, breast reconstructions, and robotic surgeries
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Participate in on-call duties, typically 4-5 days per month, including one weekend
• Share staffing responsibilities across multiple hospital campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with active licensure
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a circulator or surgical technician (CST)
• Ability to position patients, prep for surgery, and monitor operative equipment
• Comfortable performing procedures in orthopedic, plastics, and podiatry surgeries

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with total joints, hip replacements, tibia/fibula surgeries, foot and ankle procedures, and breast reconstructions
• Experience with robotic surgical systems (e.g., XI and DV5) is a plus
• Positive attitude, hard worker, willing to take trauma call
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
