Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department setting.
• Perform procedures such as trauma management, stroke care, laceration repair, and U/S IV insertions.
• Monitor and assess patients with complex conditions including heart issues, sepsis, trauma, and psychiatric needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care based on established protocols.
• Utilize medical equipment such as U/S, IV pumps, and advanced airway devices.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience for contract staffing.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, MOAB, and TNCC certifications (required for contract roles).
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic situations and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least one year of ER experience for HCA-hired staff.
• EKG interpretation skills.
• Additional certifications and experience in trauma and psychiatric care.

Shift Details

• Nights, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend for contract roles.
• Start date: December 15, 2025.
• Work site: Manchester, NH.

• Position: Backfill - Travel Emergency Department RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Number of Positions: 1

Certifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, MOAB, TNCC (required for contract staffing)
