Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language therapy services to clients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy programs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and caregivers to enhance client outcomes
• Document progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Proven experience in speech/language therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and assessments
