- Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 1 shift per week
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform treatments in inpatient (acute, ICU, SNF) and outpatient settings
- Progress patients' mobility from acute to SNF discharge plans
- Assist in outpatient therapy sessions with a varied schedule of patients every 30-45 minutes
- Support inpatient mobility and discharge planning in a rural healthcare environment
- Maintain thorough and independent care approaches for diverse diagnoses
Required Qualifications
- Hawaii Physical Therapist license (must obtain ASAP)
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
- Ability to work independently in a rural setting
- Knowledge of discharge planning and mobility progression
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in ICU, ER, Med/Surg, or outpatient clinics
- Familiarity with acute and SNF patient care
- Strong documentation and patient care skills
