Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care occupational therapy services in a hospital setting on a rotating schedule involving 10-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Assist in patient assessments, progress documentation, and discharge planning.
• Perform a variety of procedures suitable for inpatient acute care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols, including weekend rotations.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Flexibility to rotate weekends and work 10-hour shifts.
• Must have current Alaska state fingerprint clearance or be in provisional status.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Prior experience in inpatient acute care units.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
