Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or clinical therapy experience.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
