Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Nights shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/IMC/Stepdown setting.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs using GE monitors and Nova glucometers.
• Administer medications, including advanced pulmonary treatments and medication titration.
• Utilize Meditech documentation system for charting and record-keeping.
• Perform post-cath care, including TR band management and patient education.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Experience with post-cath care, TR bands, and advanced pulmonary treatments.
• Ability to work nights and adapt to rotating float policy.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.
• Experience in a hospital setting with trauma certification preferred.
• Ability to handle medication titration and advanced pulmonary procedures.
