Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy sessions
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
• Support patient rehabilitation goals with a compassionate and professional approach

Required Qualifications

• Valid Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA) license or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant or similar role
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or rehab settings
• Knowledge of medical documentation and electronic health records systems
