Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to clients across various settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve communication and swallowing skills.
• Track and document client progress according to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and caregivers to support client goals.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in conducting speech and language assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and intervention strategies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with different therapy modalities and documentation systems.
