Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13 weeks, Days shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting.
• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and monitor patient vitals using advanced equipment.
• Manage and administer IV medications including Lasix, heparin, IV push medications, and insulin via IV or subQ.
• Assist with wound care, drain management, and use of wound vacs.
• Care for patients with central lines, NG tubes, G-tubes, ostomies, and perform postoperative patient care.
• Collaborate with team members during daily multidisciplinary rounds to promote patient care excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Orthopedics.
• Knowledge of IV medication management, wound care, and central line procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with head-to-toe assessments and orthopedic patient care.
• Familiarity with advanced telemetry equipment and documentation systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment with collaborative teams.
