Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and functional ability.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky.
- Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
