• Full-time, Contract (Travel)
• Days shift, Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Assist during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced surgical robotics and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and tech staff.
• Adhere to unit policies and safety protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
• Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately in the EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or eligible to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience.
• Experience with robotic surgical systems such as DaVinci Xi and ION.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures including orthopedics, vascular, and general surgery.
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts and flexible scheduling as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with advanced surgical technologies and robotic systems.
• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and surgical documentation.
