Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality patient care as a House Supervisor.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation to maintain smooth facility operations.
• Act as a leadership point of contact for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and healthcare regulations.
• Manage and respond to urgent or emergent situations effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
• Ability to work mainly night shifts and cover consecutive weekends as needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a House Supervisor or in a similar leadership capacity.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulatory standards.
