Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in providing physical therapy treatments to patients
• Follow care plans and document patient progress accordingly
• Set up and operate equipment needed for therapy sessions
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team to achieve patient care goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Maryland
• Experience in setting up and assisting with patient treatments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work days shifts consistently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and modalities
