- Part-time, Night shifts, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with behavioral health needs in a comprehensive personal care home
- Monitor residents during overnight shifts, ensuring safety and well-being
- Enforce house rules while respecting a non-locked facility environment
- Assist with daily activities and behavioral management as required
- Document resident observations and progress, reporting to supervisory staff
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in mental health or behavioral health settings
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to overnight schedules
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a personal care or behavioral health facility
- Knowledge of behavioral health protocols and resident care standards
