• Full-time, Day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a busy Level I Trauma Center operating room.
• Scrub and circulate on a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including trauma, transplant, neuro, ortho, ENT, GYN, and robotics.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards, including radiation safety and trauma level requirements.
• Demonstrate flexibility to float within scope and work across different units or facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience.
• BLS Certification.
• Radiation Badge (to be provided by staffing agency).
• Experience with scrub procedures highly preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team-driven approach.
