Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient occupational therapy services in a pediatric healthcare setting, primarily in PICU and/or Med/Surg units.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately using Epic electronic health record system.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including licensing and certification requirements.
• Participate in on-call duties as requested, with no weekend work required.

Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina or Multistate Compact Occupational Therapist license (or pending license in hand at start).
• BLS certification.
• NBCOT certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, particularly in PICU at a children's hospital.
• Authorization to work within a 60-mile radius of Charleston, SC.
• Active or pending SC OT license required prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous pediatric inpatient or ICU experience.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work independently within a hospital environment.
