Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care on a 14-bed medical-surgical unit, maintaining a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications accurately.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs following clinical protocols.
• Adjust and monitor medical equipment as needed, ensuring proper function.
• Measure, interpret, and record patient vitals and clinical data.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and promptly communicate findings to the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Healthcare provider BLS certification.
• Prior experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient monitoring.
• Ability to handle medical equipment and interpret clinical measurements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shifts in a hospital environment.
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
