Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized critical care nursing for cardiac and ICU patients in a high-acuity environment.
• Monitor and manage hemodynamic parameters, including PA catheters, IABP, Impella, and CRRT.
• Perform procedures such as central line and Swan insertion, intubations, and other advanced interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in a growing cardiogenic shock program.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech system and adhere to hospital policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and certification requirements, including BLS and ACLS.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee or license eligible.
• Cardiac experience and strong critical care skills.
• Proficiency with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and procedures such as PA catheter insertion.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of ICU or critical care experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with Impella, IABP, or CRRT is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of advanced cardiac procedures and telemetry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
