- Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, travel nursing, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care for patients in the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units.
- Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and respond to critical changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care, preferably in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a variable schedule.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
