Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 12-hour shifts, 13-week duration

Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive and compassionate bedside care to medical-surgical patients
• Perform procedures such as starting IVs, wound care, and managing surgical drains, NG tubes, and chest tubes
• Monitor and operate medical equipment including IV pumps, telemetry, and EKG machines
• Document patient care using Meditech system and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and protocols
• Assist in patient and family education and include them in care planning

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Med/Surg experience with ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Ability to perform basic procedures such as IV insertion, wound care, and drain management
• Healthcare provider experience in a hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a trauma or stroke-certified facility
• Familiarity with hospital technology and documentation systems
• Ability to adapt to floating policies and work in a team environment
