Schedule / Job Type
• Travel / Days shifts / 12-hour shifts / 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in intermediate and progressive care units, including stepdown units.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Support patient recovery by providing compassionate and professional care.
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or current Compact State license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a travel nursing role or similar fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
