Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to post-operative and outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Treat an average of 12-14 patients per day with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
• Manage a caseload that may include follow-up visits, with double-booking expected for follow-ups.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, pending approval for overtime.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care and adhere to treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.
• Flexibility to float to other clinic locations if necessary.
