Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care and progress.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Comply with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of professional SNF experience.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
