Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in a moderate acuity telemedicine unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, utilizing telemetry equipment and EMR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and perform procedures within scope of practice.
- Ensure compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification.
- Experience with bariatric and cardiac patient care.
- Prior telemetry experience.

Additional Details
- Shifts: 12-hour days, every other weekend.
- Facility: 47-bed med-surg/telemetry unit with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5.
- Equipment includes Alaris pumps, bladder scanners, and other advanced medical devices.
- EMR System: Sunrise.
- Infectious disease control policies and unit-specific guidelines will be provided.
