Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and manage pain
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain documentation of patient treatments and progress

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
