Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week contract, days shift, 5 shifts per week, 40 hours guaranteed with flexible start date and duration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Schedule treatments typically at 2 per hour, with evaluations lasting 1 hour
• Manage a productivity rate of 55-63 patients per week
• Follow established treatment plans and document patient progress in EMR system
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure timely completion of required health and safety modules before assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings after clinicals
• Must hold a valid and active therapy license
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts, including occasional evenings until 7:30 PM
• Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to start date
• EMR proficiency (Raintree or equivalent)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient therapy and recovery programs
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and working hours
