Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry setting during night shifts.
• Recognize ECG rhythms and respond appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer medications and treatments following doctor’s orders and facility protocols.
• Document patient condition and care provided accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry.
• Ohio license or valid Compact State license (in hand at time of submission).
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start date.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECG rhythm recognition tests and safeMedicate procedures.
• Prior recent experience working in Ohio hospitals.
• Ability to pass assessment evaluations during orientation (ECG and safeMedicate).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a clinical setting.
