Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care, including surgery (OR), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and postpartum support.
• Deliver couplet care to mothers and newborns, caring for babies from 32 weeks gestation and up.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidenced-based, patient-centered care.
• Assist with approximately 80+ deliveries per month, supporting a growing patient volume.
• Participate in call rotations, typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks, with potential schedule adjustments.

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or valid compact license for practice in Colorado.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• STABLE certification.
• Up-to-date flu vaccination or willingness to obtain by October 31, 2025.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous labor and delivery experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evidence-based care environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
