Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, approximately 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy
• Provide hands-on therapy and help patients improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid state-issued Physical Therapist license
• Proven experience in physical therapy or related field
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or acute care settings
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
