Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient assessments and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current state-specific caregiver or healthcare provider registration
- Proven experience in physical therapy practice
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
