Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, dayshift (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
- Implement therapy interventions to improve communication abilities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in speech therapy
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Current CPR certification
