Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal well-being during labor and delivery
- Coordinate with physicians and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
- Document patient progress and care activities accurately
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist during deliveries
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Obstetric and fetal monitoring certification (C-EFM) or equivalent
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in Labor and Delivery or OB unit
- Strong assessment and emergency response skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
