Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shift, 5x8 hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic catheterizations, permanent pacemaker insertions, pulmonary artery insertions, and right heart catheterizations
• Support procedures involving temporary pacemakers, conduction studies, and AICD programming and insertion
• Ensure proper functioning and safety during electrophysiology (EP) procedures in the catheterization lab
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including radiation safety protocols
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth workflow in the cath lab

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an EP Tech or similar role
• Active ARRT or CCI certification
• South Carolina State license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Radiation badge provided by the agency prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in cardiac catheterization labs or electrophysiology units
• Ability to float between service lines as needed
• Knowledge of radiation safety procedures and equipment
