Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform small I&D procedures.
• Assist with treatments such as peritoneal dialysis and thoracentesis.
• Use EMR systems for documentation and patient care management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active VA or Compact State Registered Nurse licensure at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass a basic rhythm interpretation test.
• Comfortable working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Medical Surgical units.
• Strong patient-focused care approach.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, positive team environment.
