Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute patient care in a busy Emergency Department with a focus on trauma, stroke, and high-volume cases
• Monitor and document patient status using GE monitors and Cerner electronic documentation system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including techs, unit clerks, and physicians
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and patient experience protocols such as AIDET
• Float within ED sections as needed, providing flexible support to various department areas
• Adhere to specified shift schedule, including every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, including 1+ year in an ER setting
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Experience working in a Level 2 trauma center or high-volume ED (>100,000 visits annually)
• Strong teamwork, coaching, and real-time feedback skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a comprehensive stroke center or trauma center
• Prior HCA hospital experience preferred
• Ability to work in multilingual, multicultural environment with over 120 languages spoken in the service area
