Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment, working 3 nights per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac intensive care patients in the CVICU.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to critical situations promptly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in compliance with hospital protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVICU or critical care nursing.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac and intensive care procedures.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
