• Full-time, Days shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist for patient rehabilitation.
• Oversee and ensure comprehensive rehab programs to promote physical, psychosocial, and environmental well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate patient discharge planning.
• Promote patient and caregiver independence by optimizing outside resources and support.
• Serve as a patient advocate to support care goals and recovery.

Required Qualifications

• NM state Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Health and Safety.
• Minimum two years of current experience in the specialty.
• Successful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
