• Full-time, Days shift, 5x8 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care, outpatient, or long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using facility-specific charting systems, such as Epic.
• Cover within scope of practice, including floating to affiliate hospital locations if needed.
• Work during major holidays as required, with flexibility to accommodate a block schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license in Alaska, or pending license accepted (10-12 weeks processing time).
• Certification in BLS, NBCOT, and proof of Alaska licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work 8-hour days, with availability to work major holidays.
• Must provide at least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment in a similar setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic or similar electronic charting systems.
• Prior experience working in acute care or trauma-level facilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment and adapting to float positions within scope.
