Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a comprehensive outpatient clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient assessments and treatment sessions accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient clinics or similar settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
