• Full-time, 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, short-term acute care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in a Level 3 or 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Float between units as needed, including other facilities within the region
• Adhere to patient ratios of approximately 1:3 for neonatal patients
• Follow established shift schedules, including day and night rotations, with on-call standby responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oregon (or ability to submit with pending license)
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU or neonatal intensive care experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, as travel between facilities is required
• Ability to work 12-hour night and day shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must have current references covering at least 1 year of recent clinical experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic charting system
• Ability to float within different hospital units and facilities as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort working under variable schedules and on-call duties
