• Full-time, Days shift (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients within the patient's home environment, delivering acute-level care remotely.
• Implement individualized care plans based on each patient's needs, utilizing technology and remote clinical coordination.
• Document patient care activities accurately and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver therapeutic interventions and coordinate care.
• Float within scope to various patient locations as needed, maintaining high standards of patient safety and care quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of critical care, acute care, or medical-surgical RN experience.
• Active VA or Compact state nursing license at the time of submission.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
• Valid SSN, DOB, and eligibility to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
• Willingness to comply with travel policies and documentation requirements, including fingerprinting as per Virginia regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with VCU modules and remote patient care technologies.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with hospital-based care models.
